economy of the common good, Human Rights Due Dilligence, Municipalities, SDGsThe parishes of Nieharde, Witzwort, Oldenswort and Husum celebrated the successful completion of their Common Good Balance Sheet with Nora Steen, Bishop of the Schleswig and Holstein diocese, on 14 May 2025 at Christian Jensen Kolleg in Breklum. The parishes were the first in northern Germany to spend a year working out their contributions to the common good with the advice of Dr Anke Butscher and Gerd Lauermann.

Biodiversity Day was established to emphasise the importance of biodiversity for society and the economy and to raise awareness of the need for nature conservation and the sustainable use of natural resources. In 2025, the motto of the day is ‘Harmony of nature and sustainable development’ - a fitting motto for the work of many corsus projects.

Food, LCA, Life Cycle Assessment, Water scarcityModErn looks at the environmental impact of nutrition and how this would change if we all ate according to the revised dietary recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE). As part of the project, which corsus is carrying out on behalf of the Federal Environment Agency (UBA), an expert meeting was held on 16 April 2025 to discuss with experts which optimisation scenarios should be mapped on the basis of initial results.
