Company outing 2025 – out and about together for a sustainable transformation

A strong exchange, inspiring impressions and shared experiences were at the centre of this year’s company outing at corsus. The day began with a breakfast together, which provided space for stimulating discussions and professional and personal dialogue – in keeping with our collaborative way of working.
Strengthened, we then made our way along the Alster towards Hafencity, where a special programme item awaited us: the impressive installation ‘Gaia’ by Luke Jerram in the main church of St. Katharinen. The seven metre tall, faithful replica of the earth, designed with high-resolution NASA image data, evoked awe-filled silence. Even if we probably didn’t feel quite the same as astronauts looking out of space, it was a powerful moment. For us as a sustainability consultancy, it was also an emotional reminder: beneath the softly shimmering clouds of this earth, there are also man-made challenges such as plastic islands in the oceans – clearly visible even from space. An incentive to continue working together on solutions for a sustainable future.
Colourful, large-scale and full of energy, we then moved on to the Deichtorhallen, where we visited the ‘Wunderbild’ exhibition by Katharina Grosse. The large-format installation impressed us with its intense colours and spatial effect. The exhibition was complemented by other works such as the installation ‘Environment’ and several large-scale canvas works.
We rounded off the successful excursion with dinner together in the Caro quarter. The conversations, impressions and shared experiences not only did us good, they also highlighted once again what characterises us at corsus: Strong togetherness, interdisciplinary collaboration, shared values and the motivation to make a real impact.

We look forward to the upcoming projects – together, as a strong team with spirit, expertise and enthusiasm for sustainable transformation.
