Biodiversity Coachings for Companies
On behalf of DIHK Service GmbH, corsus conducts training courses for companies on biodiversity.
The aim of the training courses is to provide companies with practical support in integrating biodiversity into their business processes. The training courses are free of charge, provided that the company is a member of one of the regional biodiversity alliances. corsus designs and conducts the training courses. The training courses take place either digitally or on site at the alliances. The training courses are organised by the local DIHK/IHKs, which also announce the dates.
The training courses have different learning content – depending on the needs of the respective target group. The specific training content is determined in consultation with the local IHKs. The learning content includes, among other things:
- Biodiversity management – what does it involve and how do I implement it?
- Instruments in biodiversity management: risk analysis, value chain analysis, supplier management, product (portfolio) assessment
- Communication of biodiversity – internally and externally
- Reporting
Target group: The coaching sessions are aimed at companies from the regional biodiversity alliances of the DIHK/IHKs, which were initiated as part of the ‘Unternehmen Biologische Vielfalt (UBi)’ project. The participating companies can be from different industries. They should already be aware of the topic. The target group has little experience in how biodiversity can be integrated into management and business activities. If you are interested in integrating biodiversity into your business strategy and are not yet a member of one of the alliances, any company can become a member. Click here for the alliances.
Duration: January to December 2026
Client: DIHK Service GmbH
The regional biodiversity alliances are initiated by the nationwide project ‘UBi – Unternehmen Biologische Vielfalt’ (UBi – Biological Diversity Enterprise), which is funded by the Federal Ministry for the Environment and the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation. DIHK Service GmbH is the lead project partner and supports implementation together with the regional chambers of industry and commerce.
