corsus consulted Danone D-A-C-H (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) on its sustainability strategy and positioning against the SDGs and other relevant policy strategies. For this purpose, an expert report was prepared in which the current sustainability literature was evaluated in relation to the topics relevant to Danone, classified in a SWOT analysis and recommendations were derived. This was then presented and discussed in a joint workshop.
