Mission statement for the municipality of Sylt

In the first half of 2024, corsus supported the municipality of Sylt in developing a mission statement for the municipal administration. In cooperation with representatives of local politics and the administration, guiding principles were developed for the five fields of action: education, culture & social affairs, economy & tourism, administration, finance & disaster control, mobility, environmental, climate and resource protection. corsus led working groups to analyse the topics in greater depth and develop the guiding principles based on the proposals of the municipal representatives. In doing so, corsus prepared the specialist topics for the meetings and conceptualised the workshops. After each session, the new formulations were summarised and fed back to the participants. corsus also moderated the final meeting of the municipal council to define the guiding principles – including the vision for the municipality of Sylt. corsus worked in close coordination with the client, conceptualised and moderated the workshops and working group meetings on site and digitally, and presented the final result at several meetings and public events. The finished mission statement is available in printed form as a flyer.
