Human Rights Due Diligence

Protecting human rights along the supply chain.

Human rights due diligence (HRDD) obligations within companies, as set out in the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) or the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), are based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Although the reporting obligations under the LkSG will no longer apply from 2026, companies are still required to implement social sustainability in their supply chains.

Protecting human rights within your supply chain increases your company’s resilience in the future.

corsus supports and advises your company in identifying human rights risks in your business activities:

  • We partner with you to analyse and mitigate risks across your supply chains.
  • We support you in integrating human rights due diligence into your risk management system.
  • Together, we design and implement targeted solutions to address and reduce human rights risks in your operations.
  • We help you understand how implementing human rights due diligence can directly support your progress towards the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to human rights.
