Packaging

To optimise packaging.

Packaging may be necessary to protect products. At the same time, it is imperative that packaging is designed as environmentally friendly as possible, i.e. using as little material expenses as possible, ensuring its circularity and avoiding the use of harmful substances wherever possible. The new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40; VO (EU) (2025/40)) must also be complied with from 12 August 2026, setting out clear requirements regarding circularity, prohibited substances and mandatory recycling rates.

Packaging is designed to protect products. It should always be as environmentally friendly as possible: using little material, being recyclable and free from harmful substances.
