Sustainability is complex – but does it have to be?
corsus has many years of expertise in developing strategies and implementing sustainability in companies and municipalities. We help you reduce complexity and concentrate on the essentials. However, a sustainability strategy must be tailored precisely and individually to your company, municipality or organization. That is why we do not offer off-the-shelf concepts and strategies, but rather address you and your issues individually in order to find the best possible approach for you.
We are convinced that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations should be the reference point for sustainability strategies, as they have been recognized by all 193 UN member states. We have been consulting companies, municipalities and politicians since the SDGs were formulated in 2015.
The materiality analysis is an important component for the development of a sustainability strategy. It shows which topics are relevant for you and points the way towards a consistent sustainability strategy. For this purpose, we conduct professionally moderated workshops with your employees and managers to identify the topics that are relevant for you. In stakeholder workshops, we mirror the relevant topics with the perception of the stakeholder groups relevant to you.
