Sustainability strategies
Sustainability is complex – but does it have to be?
corsus has many years of expertise in developing sustainability strategies and implementing sustainability in companies and municipalities. We help you reduce complexity and focus on the essentials. A sustainability strategy has to be tailor-made for your company, your municipality or your organisation. That’s why we don’t offer off-the-shelf concepts and strategies, but address you and your issues individually in order to find the best possible approach for you.
We believe that the reference point for sustainability strategies should be the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, which have been recognised by all 193 UN member states. We have been advising companies, municipalities and politicians on the implementation of the SDGs since their adoption in 2015.
The materiality analysis is an important building block for the development of a sustainability strategy. It shows which topics are relevant for you and points the way to a consistent sustainability strategy. To this end, we conduct professionally moderated workshops with your employees and managers to identify your important issues. In stakeholder workshops we reflect these topics with the perception of your key stakeholders.
- we support you in the development of your sustainability strategy,
- we conduct materiality analyses together with you,
- we conceptualise and design the stakeholder process according to your needs and requirements,
- we support you in the implementation of your sustainability strategy and the development of sustainability monitoring.
